Exploring Fleet Decision Makers’ Opinions on Electric Cars and Charging Points
Introduction
This case study examines how an online survey was used to collect market research from fleet decision makers in businesses with 100+ employees. The goal of the survey was to understand the opinion of fleet decision makers on adding more electric cars to their fleet as well as charging points at their offices. The survey was distributed via email to a list of fleet decision makers, and the responses were collected and analysed to understand their opinion on the matter. The survey was an online survey that took approximately 5 minutes to complete and had 100 completes.
Research Methodology
The survey was distributed via email to of fleet decision makers at businesses with 100+ employees. The survey was designed to be short and easy to complete, taking no more than 5 minutes. The survey consisted of questions related to the fleet decision makers’ opinions on adding more electric cars to their fleet, as well as their opinion on installing charging points at their offices. Questions included how important they thought the charging points were, what benefits they saw in having the charging points, and the cost of installing them.
Results
The survey results showed that the majority of fleet decision makers were in favour of adding more electric cars to their fleet. The majority of respondents cited the environmental impact, cost savings, and tax savings for the individual as the main reasons for adding more electric cars to their fleet. They also cited convenience and ease of maintenance as other reasons for adding more electric cars to their fleet. Additionally, the majority of respondents felt that charging points were important, citing the environmental benefits and convenience as the main reasons for installing them.
Conclusion
This case study demonstrates how an online survey can be used to collect market research from fleet decision makers in businesses with 100+ employees.
